1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Return Process

5. Refunds

  • It may take additional time for PayPal to process and reflect the refund in your account

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
